Edit Room Separator Revit

How to change the boundary of a room in revit there are times in revit where you want to refine how the areas of your rooms are measured.

I m know that i can extract the boundary lines and move them around but i m wondering if there is a way to recreate a room from edited boundary lines or edit the existing room boundaries. As you can see in the image below the closet walls are room bounding and prevent the closet area from being included. Open a plan view or 3d view.
